You know, I sure hope that those higher fares that I’m going to start paying can keep vehicles off of metrorails and make doors that can cut people’s arms off.
I’ve had a heck of a commute. Red line difficulties at the Silver Spring station which include some sort of vehicle on the rails, and someone breaking a door on the red line train that I managed to get on.
Somehow, I still managed to make it from Tenley to Clarendon in 30 minutes. Might have been the fact that I jumped from Farragut North to Farragut West, completely ignoring the whole “transfer” phenomenon.
