My first Mirror Project submission.
For those of you unfamiliar with said Project, it’s an online repository of self-portraits. Granted, you get a number of “bathroom mirror” shots, but there are some that are just amazing.
That particular entry was taken at the Far East Restaurant in Rockville, MD. Scully, Nisa and an individual that will remain anonymous as per his request, are “representing.”
A lot of people have been asking about how my vacation went. I think when you take off for a week and forget about the obligations of work and bedtimes and bills and obligations, you tend to relax a bit more. That said–
–I had a good time.
Well, after approximately ten days on holiday, I feel confident that I’m ready to go back to lounging around in my apartment in comfortable clothes drinking tea and playing video games. I have also learned a lot about my Disney tolerance levels, a few things about I-95, the effectiveness of billboards, and how I won’t die if I don’t have internet access. (I merely shake a lot for the first three days, after that–it’s smooth sailing.)
Overall, I’d say I had a good break.
I’ll be having a debriefing at Penang sometime this month on a day there isn’t a birthday party or disco inspired madness.
