I just came back from the DMV.
Unfortunately, I came back with nothing that I wanted to get, namely, a District of Columbia Driver’s License. The wait, was merely an hour. And then, I didn’t have the proper documents. One would think that they would place what qualifies as an official document on the website, but no. Sadly, distinctly, no.
